Operating arrangements are still under discussion however the following is a broad overview:
- The Club will be open 7.30am – 5pm weekdays and by arrangement for special events/functions after hours and on weekends
- Part of the contract with the operator will be to take responsibility for graduations catering
- The contractor will have exclusive catering rights in Building 50 (ie external caterers will not be
permitted to deliver food & beverage to the meeting rooms in Building 50 without the permission of
the contractor)
- The contractor will be responsible for taking bookings for the building 50 meeting rooms and will be
responsible for set up/clean up for these rooms
- All current and previous staff, Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidates, alumni and their guests can access the Monash Club
The private dining room will operate via a booking system
