The Monash Club entrance attempts to establish a welcoming, professional and inclusive atmosphere. It has been envisaged as a threshold that offers a sensory connection to the adjacent St Ali cafe and alludes to the separate Club beyond.

The administration area accommodates the printing and business services for the Club Lounge and Business Centre.

The design is based around a circulation core that allows the majority of the Monash Club to be accessed discretely. Furthermore it allows areas to be closed off for private functions. Breakout areas are incorporated within these zones where possible.

This space is available for casual use, no bookings are required.

The Club Lounge is envisaged as a top tier, modern business environment with a welcoming, stimulating and professional atmosphere that is conducive to both work and relaxation. Fixed and loose seating and tables are provided to allow a mix of activities from a simple space to relax to that of an informal working environment.

The Club Lounge and Club Bar accommodates 50 - 60 people.

The internal courtyard of the Monash Club has been reinstated. It provides the Club with daylight and a flexible private outdoor space which can be used for informal meetings and functions as well as dining.

The Casual Dining area is designed to allow the space to be utilised as a separate function space when required. This space can cater for seated functions up to 100 people and up to 150 people for standing only events such as informal presentations or cocktail functions.

Audio-visual equipment: Projector and screen, computer, wireless presentation and wireless microphone.

The private dining space provides a stimulating, high quality, modern dining and meeting experience similar to the level expected in top tier hospitality spaces. The space has access to daylight and will have views to adjacent landscapes including Park Walk and the proposed Sports Walk

The private dining room offers a full table service and can be configured for intimate dining as well as for groups up to 20 - 30 people.

This space requires a booking for it to be used.

There are two meeting/conference rooms to be used by Monash University staff for meetings, seminars and small functions.

Each room operates as an independent space accommodating 16 people but can be combined to create space for larger groups.

Audio-visual equipment: One meeting room has an LCD screen and the other has a projector and screen. Computer facilities and wireless presentation are available in both rooms

This space requires a booking for it to be used.

The Business Centre provides an informal workspace for up to 12 people. There are two desktop computers, a phone and printing services are available through reception
