'Victa & Hoist' at the Monash Club
After an extensive tender process, Sensory Lab Australia Pty Ltd (Salvatore Malatesta) has been appointed as the contractor to manage the day to day operations of the Monash Club. Salvatore has a wealth of experience in start-up cafes and is the owner and operator of renowned St Ali Cafés in South Melbourne and Carlton North.
St Ali has been recognised nationally and internationally for the quality of its coffee and is well-known for its food locally. St Ali will be operating under a new brand, Victa & Hoist, at the Monash Club.
Catering can be provided by the Monash Club for meetings and events held on the Clayton campus.
